Jewellery on this site will be shipped between 3-5 business day within Europe. All other item will state whether they are made to order or pre -purchased in the product description. Please allow 10 working day for an item to be manufactured before shipping takes place. Buyers will be updated on all orders via Email provided during check out.
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a time period of 7 days of time in which you may cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel an order, please Contact Us immediately at HelloDeoyn@gmail.com. In the event that we are unable to cancel the shipment in time, the normal return policies apply.
Deoyn stands behind it’s merchandises 100%. Although, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Step 1) Contact us by email at Hellodeoyn@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number or include it in any email. Note: Returns arriving without an RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to sender.
Step 2) You will be emailed a shipping label. Please use the original packaging if possible. Include your RMA number and order number as well as all original packaging and collateral material. We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Make sure to include your RMA number on the ship-to address.
